Fabregas: I once promoted two U16 players to the youth team, but Italy does not agree with this kind of skipping.

In an interview, Como coach Cesc Fabregas talked about Italian youth training, Serie A, Morata and other topics.

Fabregas first said: "In Spain, people are keen to promote youth players to the first team and train them to be selected for the national team. In Italy, this rarely happens. Italian football needs to improve in this regard."

Fabregas also gave an example: "When I coached the Como youth team before, I realized that there were vacancies in certain positions in the lineup, so I recruited two children from the U16 team.
