With the Champions League final defeat to Inter Milan, Paris won the season's triple championship, and Dembele became the biggest favorite in the Golden Globes. Two English legends, Leinker, talked about the Golden Globes with Hiller.
Linger said: "The Golden Globes have always been the focus of discussion. Of course, the Champions League final will have a huge impact, but to some extent, Paris is a team that focuses on cooperation and does not rely on individuals. I mean, you may give the Golden Globes to one of their players, and Dembele is the most supported.
"Dembele's performance in the final was really eye-catching. Although he did not score, he participated in multiple goals, including one assist and one indirect assist. So, I think he is probably the hottest person. Of course, goalkeeper Donaluma also has certain opportunities, but usually these awards are rarely given to goalkeepers, and Ashraf actually has some competitiveness. Both of Paris' full-backs are so amazing. β
Hiller said: "Paris' style of play gives two full-backs a lot of forward freedom, look at Ashraf's report card, he scored goals in the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals, which says it all. They are arguably the best in the world in their position, and this is a very outstanding team.
"Yes, I think that despite Dembele not scoring in the final, he is still the most likely player to win the Ballon d'Or. Of course, several other players in Paris have a chance. Whatever players Paris is going to bring in this summer, if any - I guess they will bring in one or two new players, these new players must be very talented players to compete for the starting position."
