reporter Longo revealed that Reindez's basic fixed transfer fee is about 57.7 million euros, and the bonus clause structure may bring the potential total income to 70.7 million euros. Reindez's floating bonus can reach up to 14 million euros, and these bonuses can be reached as late as 2030.
In the agreement signed between Milan and Manchester City, the following floating bonus terms are stipulated: a total of 5 million euros to obtain the Champions League qualification, a total of 1 million euros to win the Premier League championship, if Reindes is rated as the Premier League Player of the Year 1 million euros, a Golden Ball Award of 2 million euros, and a Champions League championship of 2 million euros, if the contract is renewed to 1 million euros in 2030, if the contract is renewed to 1 million euros in 2031, if the contract is renewed to 1 million euros in 2032, if the contract is renewed to 1 million euros in 2033. The maximum floating bonus available is 14 million euros.
An important detail in the Milan agreement with Manchester City is related to Reindez's future: If he is sold before 2030, the Ross and Blacks will receive all floating bonuses of 14 million euros.
Milan will suffer only in two very difficult situations: that is, no bonus terms and conditions are triggered within these five years, or Reindez leaves the team with zero transfer fee. In essence, Milan will receive a total of 70.7 million euros from Reindez's transaction, which will be recorded in installments over the next five years.
