Western media: Asensio settles with the underage girl involved in the case, but the prosecutor still wants to file a lawsuit

According to Western media RTVC, Real Madrid defender Raul Asensio and his lawyer have reached a settlement agreement with the underage girl. The player has been accused of allegedly sharing pornographic materials about the girl.

reported that Asensio's actions in the agreement would be considered a minor crime and were withdrawn from investigations and court proceedings involving him and three Real Madrid teammates. This minor offence will be punished in the form of a fine rather than a prison sentence. However, prosecutors still intend to file lawsuits against Asensio, Ruiz and his accomplices. They are currently identifying specific charges, and the investigative judge recommends a sentence of four years in prison.
