According to well-known reporter Romano, Liverpool has reached an agreement with Crystal Palace defender Guy on personal terms and is now negotiating with Crystal Palace on transfer fees.
Romano wrote: "Liverpool and Guy have reached an agreement on personal terms, and Leoni is also very eager to join.
Liverpool and Crystal Palace are negotiating for a transfer fee of around £35 million, and the deal may be completed soon. As reported today, Liverpool is negotiating the introduction of Guy and Leoni at the same time, rather than as a replacement for one of them."
