According to Sky Sports, Valencia is willing to sell Moscra to Arsenal.
Sky Sports reported that Valencia's original plan was to keep Moscarat and renew his contract until Arsenal became interested in the defender.
Now, Valencia is willing to sell Moscarat, as long as it is a top Champions League club, they value him at about £25 million (30 million euros).
Sky Sports reported last week that Arsenal had negotiated on Moscra. German Sky reported that Leipzig had also been interested in him, but ultimately thought the price was too high.
