Durant: My nephew’s favorite player is Booker, maybe because he was my teammate

Recently, Rockets star Durant was a guest on beauty blogger Bobbi Althoff's podcast "NOT THIS AGAIN", during which he talked about his nephew's favorite NBA player.

KD: My brother has a son. He is already 7 years old.

Female host: Are you a good uncle?

KD: Yes. He likes me very much and I like him very much. I'll answer my nephew's FaceTime calls at any time.

Female host: Oh, will you answer the call whenever he calls?

KD: Yeah, I was using a landline phone when I was 7 years old, and that was so fun, and now kids are using FaceTime.

Female host: Will he watch you play?

KD: Yes.

Female host: Who is his favorite player?

KD: He said it was Booker.

Female host: Who is Booker? I'm not sure.

KD: Booker is a very good player. Maybe my nephew saw me playing for the Suns and said that my former teammate was his favorite player.
