Fox: Even if I need to be sidelined for longer, I don’t want to experience a recurring hamstring injury

During today's NBA Cup match between the Spurs and Rockets, Spurs guard Fox accepted an interview with NBA on Prime.
Talking about his recovery process from a previous hamstring strain, Fox said: "I felt comfortable very early, but through talking to some players, their injuries were not exactly the same as mine, but they also experienced hamstring injuries. They talked about feeling good and then getting injured again after playing. Even if I have to be out longer, I don't want to experience a recurrence of the injury. So that is my main consideration."
Fox is expected to make his season debut tomorrow against the Pelicans.
