Horry: Kobe is not going to challenge anyone to find a teammate. Everyone knows that the boss in the team is O Neal

Recently, former NBA player Robert Horry talked about his former teammate Kobe on the Big Shot Bob podcast.
Horry said: "Later Lu was not on the team anymore. Kobe might have one-on-one with young players, but he didn't have one-on-one with veterans because veterans don't like one-on-one. Kobe did always like one-on-one with people, but that was not challenging anyone, and then said that it was his team. We all know that the Lakers are Shaq's team. Maybe what Lu said happened when I didn't train, but I don't remember."
