Today, the first episode of the third season of Lakers star James' basketball podcast "Court Brain" aired. James and Nash talked about many topics.
Talking about his physical recovery state, James said: "In the past few years, I have found a rhythm, knowing what works for me, what doesn't work for me, and finding a good rhythm. Knowing what needs to be done."
"Obviously, you know, I will still be troubled by injuries throughout the season, and now I am still recovering. We all know that as you get older, injuries no longer recover as quickly as you think, but it is all part of the process." James said.
