Allegri: The victory against Liverpool is a good training, we did a good job of shooting from the backcourt

After the friendly match between Milan and Liverpool 4-2, Milan coach Allegri was interviewed by the club's official channel.

He said: "It's a wonderful game and a good training opportunity for us. We are facing a very strong team. It's important to maintain balance because after all, it's just the beginning of the season and the really important game hasn't started yet."

Which aspect makes you most satisfied?

"We did a great job of organizing the ball from the backcourt. It was not easy to face the opponent's high-intensity press. They pressed hard and put a lot of pressure. But we dealt well, it was a good test and another step forward. I was very satisfied with the team's attitude, especially the kind of balance that we had to maintain when we won."
