According to Romano, Saul went to Türkiye on Monday to sign a four-year contract with Trabzon Sports.
Romano wrote: "Saul will travel to Turkey on Monday to undergo a medical examination and sign a four-year contract to officially become a new player in Trabzon Sports. It is expected to conduct its first training on Tuesday."
Saul, 30, has terminated his contract with Atletico Madrid to restore his freedom.
